Aliante is a master-planned community located in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Sun City Aliante is a 2,028-home age-restricted community. It's 14 miles north of the famous Las Vegas Strip and directly south of the Sheep Mountain Range and the Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument, with the 11,916-foot-high Mt. Charleston to the west and Nellis Air Force Base, home of the Thunderbirds, 11 miles to the east. Our community has cutting-edge fitness facilities, including tennis and Pickleball courts.
